RIDE DAY INFORMATION
& RULES
A safe and enjoyable ride day starts with everyone knowing what to expect and following the club’s ride day rules.
These guidelines are in place to protect riders, families, volunteers and spectators, while helping the day run smoothly from sign-in through to the final session.
By looking out for one another, respecting the course and riding within your ability, we can make sure everyone has a great day and gets home safely.
What to Expect on Ride Day
-
Location: The exact track location will be shared prior to the event via Member Jungle. Non-members can message the club via Facebook to request the location details.
-
Parking & Arrival: Upon arrival, please park in the designated pit area.
-
Sign-In & Registration: Make your way to the admin tent to scan your Member Jungle ride day pass and sign the rider sheet. Note: If you have already pre-registered and paid via Member Jungle, you just need to scan in and provide your emergency details (Ambulance membership number and MA license if applicable). If you are registering on the day, both EFTPOS and cash are accepted.
-
Unloading: Once fully signed on, you may unload your bikes and head to the staging area.
-
Rider Briefing: All riders (and supervising adults) must attend the mandatory rider briefing, which takes place approximately 10 minutes before the official start time. If you arrive late, you must see the Ride Day Supervisor for a briefing before entering the course.
-
Schedule: Riding is strictly limited to the official ride day timetable. There will be a mandatory lunch break where all courses will close.
If you have any questions throughout the day, please approach a committee member. We are a family-focused club and are here to help—there are no silly questions! Whether it is your very first ride day or your twentieth, our goal is to ensure everyone feels included, has fun, and stays safe.
